You'll manage CRM database, coordinate marketing and transactions, and help drive the growth of a referral-based business serving clients from $500,000 first-time buyers to $5M+ luxury clientele. Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain client pipeline and CRM (Cloze) to ensure no lead, listing, or closing falls through the cracks
  • Coordinate listing marketing, including social content, email campaigns, and direct mail/postcard sequences
  • Execute consistent client follow-up and systems 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in an executive assistant or client operations role (real estate experience preferred, not required)
  • Strong written communication skills 
  • Comfortable learning and managing software
  • Comfortable and curious with AI 
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and works well with minimal oversight
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Decisive and direct communicator 

Compensation

$23 - $25/hour
