Job Description:
As an Executive Assistant to the Founder of The Noel Collective, you provide an unparalleled level of service tailored to the unique needs of the Founder’s SE clients, including professional athletes, entertainers, musicians, executives, and industry insiders. Your role extends far beyond traditional real estate transactions—it's about understanding the demands of a fast-paced, high-net-worth lifestyle and delivering a seamless, concierge-level experience.
The Founder’s clients often have unpredictable schedules, tight relocation timelines, and unique financial structures, requiring a proactive, strategic approach to buying, selling, and investing in real estate. Whether working with an athlete in the middle of a trade, a touring artist looking for a private retreat, or a film executive expanding their property portfolio, you ensure every transaction is executed with discretion, efficiency, and precision.
This high-stakes, high-touch role requires building and maintaining relationships with agents, developers, financial advisors, business managers, and exclusive off-market networks, and you secure premier opportunities for your clients before they become publicly available.
Beyond the transaction, you act as a trusted advisor, helping clients make informed decisions that align with their long-term goals. Your job is to anticipate needs and deliver solutions before they even ask.

The ultimate goal of this role is to free up capacity for the Founder and fully support her needs. Must have the ability to be proactive and have excellent problem-solving skills.
This is a 40-hour a week job minimum and requires work outside of normal business hours
$30,000 salary + bonus per transaction and 25% referral fee on business brought into the team.
