The Bryce Lingo & Shaun Tull Team is looking for a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant to keep transactions, listings, clients, and daily operations moving smoothly. This is a hands-on role for a self-motivated, well-rounded problem solver who communicates confidently, handles pressure well, and takes ownership without waiting to be asked.

Compensation:

• $60,000-$70,000 based on experience

• Manage transaction details from contract through settlement, keeping deadlines, documents, on track

• Coordinate inspections, walkthroughs, deposits, vendors, attorneys, lenders, etc.

• Support listings, showings, open houses, staging, signage, and listing launches

• Maintain accurate MLS information, reports, spreadsheets, files, and internal tracking systems

• Assist with marketing, website, social media, flyers, and other property-related materials

• Provide day-to-day support to the team and owners, jumping in wherever needed

• Real estate license preferred, or willingness and ability to obtain one

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and exceptionally strong at follow-through

• Proactive, independent, and confident handling multiple priorities

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems

• Quick learner with a resourceful mindset, and willingness to take ownership
