Feil Real Estate, with Keller Williams, is looking for a sharp, polished, and proactive Executive Assistant to become a trusted right hand to the business owner and help keep a growing real estate business organized, responsive, and moving forward. This is a high-trust role for someone who thinks ahead, takes ownership, figures things out, and gets things done without needing constant direction.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $55,000–$65,000 based on experience

• Serve as the business owner’s trusted right hand, managing priorities and follow-ups

• Keep real estate operations, client communication, and transactions organized and on track

• Maintain CRM, systems, documents, and workflows with accuracy and consistency

• Support listings, marketing, social media, and client-facing initiatives

• Research, troubleshoot, and leverage technology and AI to work smarter

• Anticipate needs, figure things out, and take ownership from start to finish

• 3+ years of Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar experience preferred

• Real estate experience or RE license preferred; willing to obtain is a plus

• Polished, personable communicator with a professional and confident presence

• Highly organized, focused, proactive, and comfortable working independently

• Tech-savvy, curious, and quick to learn new systems like Command and AI tools

• Resourceful problem-solver with strong judgment, discretion, and follow-through
