You'll prepare petitions, complete Inheritance Tax Returns, prepare accountings, and prepare settlement agreements. • Prepare petitions, accountings, and other court documents.
• Communicate with clients to keep them apprised of case status.
• Conduct screening phone calls to determine if prospective clients are a good fit for our firm.
• Case management to ensure all deadlines are hit in a timely manner.

• Experience with estate plan drafting software, like Wealthcounsel.
• Experience with Lackner software.
