We are seeking a relational self-starter who is receptive, focused on solutions, and not afraid to adapt. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience drafting estate plans and will be certified pursuant to California Business and Professions Code statutes. This is an in-office position in our Roseville office.

• Draft estate plan documents using Clio and Wealth Counsel platforms

• Collaborate with attorneys, legal assistants, and administrative staff to fulfill case milestones

• Proactively manage estate planning matters, driving cases from design through execution

• Direct contact and communication with clients and third parties

• Paralegal certification pursuant to California Business and Professions Code statutes

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal

• Technologically proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and electronic case management systems
