• Draft legal documents and correspondence
• Communicate regularly with clients
• Witness or notarize clients signing legal documents
• Keep clients and attorneys informed of case progress

• Bachelor's Degree
• Legal drafting experience
• Consistent and meticulous quality data input
• Proficiency in Gmail/Google Calendar, Word and Excel
• Comfortable with technology - we are a paperless office
• Project management and ability to prioritize and execute efficiently
• Proficient in working in systems and moving projects forward without direction
