What You’ll Be Doing:

• Meeting with clients to design their estate plans, reviewing drafts, and finalizing plans with them.
• Overseeing and managing a team of skilled paralegals and client services associates (who handle everything except the work legally required of an attorney).
• Mentoring our fabulous Gen Z team members, helping them grow with proper training and development.
• Provide back-up support to the probate and trust administration team when needed.

Here are our non-negotiable requirements:

You must:

• Be a licensed attorney in good standing with the State Bar of California.
• Have earned your J.D. from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 law school.
• Have great people skills—warmth and trust are essential in our work.
• Be excited (or at least willing) to work full-time, in person, at our Newport Beach office (No remote work, but we will consider part-time hours for those with caregiver responsibilities or other unique circumstances).
• Have at least 3 years of ESTATE PLANNING experience. Experience in other areas of law does not meet this requirement.
