• Experience in leading and mentoring a team within the title or escrow industry
• Ability to oversee and manage escrow transactions from start to finish, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Proven track record of resolving complex title issues efficiently and effectively

• Demonstrated ability to implement best practices that enhance process efficiency
