This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who understands the title industry inside and out and knows how to balance operational leadership, client relationships, transaction oversight, and business development. The ideal candidate brings strong title and escrow experience, the ability to lead others, and preferably an established network or book of business.

• Lead and manage escrow operations to ensure smooth and efficient closings.

• Oversee all aspects of the escrow process, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partners.
• Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and expanding the client base.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of escrow documents and settlement statements.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the escrow process with professionalism and efficiency.

• Experience in the title and escrow industry

• Texas title/escrow license; multi-state licensing is a plus
• Existing book of business or strong referral network preferred
• Strong knowledge of title operations, escrow procedures, compliance, and client relationship management
