You’ll oversee the full transaction lifecycle from intake to post-closing, guide team performance across every function, ensure accuracy and compliance, and work directly with ownership to refine systems, improve execution, and scale the operation.

• Own escrow transactions end-to-end from contract to funding
• Support the full team across all functions
• Oversee deal flow across intake, escrow, and post-closing
• Maintain accurate accounting, reconciliation, and clean files
• Review title and resolve issues pre-closing
• Ensure compliance, audit readiness (TDI), and client relationships

• 3–5+ years escrow experience
• Strong knowledge of title, escrow, and full workflow (intake to post-closing)
• Familiar with TitleWave or Qualia (preferred)
• Able to handle a high volume of calls and file management
• Knowledge of audits (TDI) and fraud prevention
• Strong communication, client management, and team coordination
