We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced full-time escrow officer to oversee all aspects of mortgage closings. You’ll play a key position on a supportive team where you can truly shine. - Make sure to review all paperwork including title commitments, purchase and sale agreements, and lender instructions to prepare for closing
- Ensure all terms and conditions of the purchase agreement are being completed timely and accurately
- Finish administrative tasks such as reporting and ensure funds are disbursed accurately
- Interact and coordinate with industry contacts such as realtors, loan officers, underwriters, brokers, buyers, and sellers
- Create and deliver closing settlement packages to agents, buyers, sellers, brokers, and lenders
- High school diploma required — work experience or college degree preferred
- Strong written and verbal communications skills are a must
- Experienced with software using escrow / title functions
- Solid knowledge of title insurance, regulatory guidelines, the escrow process, legal documents, and real estate property law
- Possess a strong understanding of title commitments, mortgage loans, title insurance, and real estate contracts
Compensation
$41,600 - $59,000
At our title company, we do commercial and residential closings. Clients are our top priority.
