What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and direct the daily activities of a crew
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and safely according to customer requirements
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment, enforcing all safety protocols and procedures
- Conduct regular job site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure the quality of work
- Train and develop crew members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Maintain accurate records of daily work activities in Field FX ticketing software
- Communicate effectively with clients, internal managers, and other team members, keeping them informed on job progress and addressing any concerns
- Operate all equipment necessary to perform core business functions
- High School Diploma/GED
- CDL A (Preferred)
- HAZWOPER (Preferred)
- OSHA 10
- AEP Certified
- CPR/First Aid
- Confined Space Entry Rated
- 3+ years of experience in the environmental/industrial sphere
Skills & Abilities:
- Heavy Equipment Operation (Preferred)
- Manlift Operation (Preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Products
- Proficiency with Field FX
- Ability to Define and Execute on the Scope of Work and Excludable Work
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and delegate effectively
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of operating within OSHA standards
- Positive attitude and unwavering commitment to safety
- Project Management Awareness
