• Learn and perform professional windshield repair procedures

• Assist with windshield repair and replacement services

• Inspect windshields and vehicle glass

• Prepare vehicles for auto glass services

• Learn to safely use hand tools and specialized equipment

• Follow established repair procedures and safety guidelines

• Maintain clean and organized tools and work areas

• Provide professional and courteous customer service

• Complete basic digital paperwork and service documentation
