AGC Auto Glass and Car Care is hiring an Entry-Level Sales and Marketing Associate to help connect customers with professional auto glass repair, windshield replacement, and hail damage services.

This is a customer-facing sales and marketing position for individuals who enjoy communicating with people, learning new skills, and working in an active environment. No previous sales or marketing experience is required. Paid training is provided.

• Interact with customers through professional, face-to-face communication

• Introduce customers to available auto glass repair, replacement, and hail damage services

• Identify windshield chips, cracks, and other vehicle glass damage

• Provide customers with clear information about available services

• Answer customer questions and provide helpful customer service

• Assist customers with the insurance claims process

• Schedule repair and replacement appointments

• Follow up with customers when needed

• Help generate new customer opportunities through direct marketing and outreach

• Maintain a professional representation of AGC Auto Glass and Car Care

• Work independently and with a team to achieve performance goals

• Comfortable speaking with people in person
