Responsibilities

Manage policy renewals and customer follow-ups
Participate in training and licensing (if not currently licensed)
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Comprehensive training program

Present customized insurance solutions and educate customers on available coverage options
Generate new business through networking, referrals, community involvement, and outbound prospecting activities
Maintain detailed customer records
Conduct regular policy reviews, customer follow-ups, and renewal discussions to maintain strong client relationships
Support customers throughout the claims process and provide responsive service when questions arise

Qualifications

Goal-oriented and self-motivated

2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, insurance, or a related client-focused field
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
Agriculture experience is a plus
Ability to work independently while effectively managing priorities and deadlines
Must obtain required insurance licenses and develop expertise in the industry

Compensation

$80,000+ at plan commission
