What You’ll Do

• Meet with prospective buyers and sellers through appointments provided by the team

• Learn and apply proven scripts, CRM workflows, and lead follow-up systems

• Guide buyers through property tours, market education, and the home-buying process

• Collaborate with transaction coordinators to ensure smooth contract-to-close processes

• Track your daily activities and performance metrics

What You’ll Bring (Must-Haves)

• Active Texas real estate license OR actively pursuing your license and committed to completing the process

• Coachable attitude, strong work ethic, and desire for a sales career

• Good communication skills and professional presence

• Willingness to attend training and follow established team systems
