Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct property tours and open houses to showcase listings and attract prospective buyers.
  • Collaborate with experienced agents to develop effective marketing strategies for property listings.
  • Utilize our comprehensive training program to master lead generation and client conversion techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat and referral business.
  • Stay informed about local real estate market trends to provide clients with up-to-date information.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure favorable terms for clients while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Valid real estate license or active progress toward obtaining one.
  • Ability to generate and follow up with leads to build a strong client base.
  • Proven track record of setting appointments for buyers and sellers, ensuring a seamless transaction process.
  • Experience in nurturing relationships through phone, email, and follow-up systems to maintain client trust.
  • Ability to manage and update client information in the CRM for accurate and efficient record-keeping.
  • Experience in tracking activity and progress toward team goals to stay aligned with our collective mission.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Compensation

$124,600 - $186,300/year
