First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced producing agents, participate in regular training and coaching, and actively build your pipeline by connecting with buyers and sellers. You’ll nurture relationships through consistent follow-up, manage your database using CRM tools, and track your progress as you grow.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients through proactive outreach and build lasting relationships.
  • Conduct property tours and provide insightful advice to clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and update client information, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and support each other's growth.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Assist clients in navigating the buying and selling process, offering guidance and support at every step.
  • Develop and implement personalized marketing strategies to attract and retain clients in the local market area of Killeen-Temple-Fort Hood, TX.

Qualifications

  • Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
  • Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to engage and build relationships.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, both in writing and verbally.
  • Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn and adapt to new technology quickly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, sharing insights and supporting collective growth.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.

Compensation

$112,500 - $225,000/year
