Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads to build a strong client base.
- Attend regular training and coaching sessions to enhance your skills.
- Set appointments for both buyers and sellers to facilitate transactions.

- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM to track your progress and client interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and foster a supportive environment.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and learn from experienced agents.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Proven track record of being self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or a willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and follow-ups.
Compensation
$125,000 - $189,000/year
