  • Conduct needs assessments to identify the best insurance solutions for each client.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to provide clients with up-to-date advice and options.
  • Utilize company-provided tools and resources to streamline client interactions and sales processes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to enhance your skills and knowledge base.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships with trust and transparency.
