- Manage policy renewals and customer follow-ups
- Participate in training and licensing (if not currently licensed)
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Comprehensive training program
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Meet with prospective and current customers to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, policy information, and sales activities
- Complete required training, licensing, and ongoing professional development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- 2+ years of sales, customer service, or insurance-related experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses (if not currently licensed)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Agricultural knowledge or experience is preferred but not required
Compensation
$80,000+ at plan commission
