Responsibilities

Obtain your Life & Health Insurance license with our support.
Build lasting relationships with individuals, families, and business owners.
Help clients protect their income, families, businesses, and financial future.
Develop personalized financial strategies based on each client's goals and needs.
Grow your career through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
Participate in virtual and in-person training, coaching, and professional development opportunities.

Attend hybrid meetings, including in-person team collaboration, as required.
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and licensing requirements.
Utilize marketing tools and resources to grow your client base.
Provide guidance on insurance, investments, and retirement planning.
Work with clients to assess financial needs and develop personalized strategies.

Qualifications

No previous financial services experience required.
Ability to obtain a Life & Health Insurance license.
Coachable with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with an enterprising mindset and strong work ethic.
Sales, business development, customer service, hospitality, or military experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation

$60,000 - $100,000+ Commission Driven
