Responsibilities

Gather and analyze financial information to assist in developing personalized financial strategies and recommendations
Develop lasting relationships with individuals, professionals, and business owners by understanding their financial priorities
Utilize digital tools and data insights to prepare for client meetings and deliver personalized financial guidance
Identify and connect with prospective clients using AI-powered technology, networking, and community engagement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Experience in sales, customer service, account management, recruiting, business development, retail leadership, or other relationship-driven roles is preferred
Ability to obtain FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 registrations (sponsorship provided)
Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in financial planning, wealth management, and helping clients achieve long-term financial success
Demonstrated ability to build trust and develop professional relationships

Compensation

$76,000 at plan earnings
