Responsibilities

Obtain your Life & Health Insurance license with our support.
Build lasting relationships with individuals, families, and business owners.
Help clients protect their income, families, businesses, and financial future.
Develop personalized financial strategies based on each client's goals and needs.
Grow your career through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
Participate in virtual and in-person training, coaching, and professional development opportunities.

Offer solutions in insurance, asset accumulation, and retirement planning.
Work with clients to assess financial needs and develop personalized strategies.
Work within a hybrid model, attending in-person meetings and training sessions as required.
Ensure compliance with financial industry standards and licensing requirements.
Follow a leadership advancement track with career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

No previous financial services experience required.
Ability to obtain a Life & Health Insurance license.
Coachable with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with an enterprising mindset and strong work ethic.
Sales, business development, customer service, hospitality, or military experience is a plus, but not required.

Must be authorized to work in the US.
No prior experience in finance is required—comprehensive training is provided.
Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership or a proven track record of success.

Compensation

$60,000 - $100,000 Commission Driven
