Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and provide personalized advice.
Develop comprehensive financial plans that align with clients' needs and aspirations.
Educate clients on various insurance and investment products to enhance their financial literacy.
Collaborate with team members to refine strategies and deliver exceptional client service.
Monitor clients' financial progress and adjust plans to ensure continued alignment with their goals.
Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date advice.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge base.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
Ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and relatable manner.
Proven track record of building strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic industry environment.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for client management and communication is beneficial.

A Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or alternate related analytical field is required
Up-to-date FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 documents are a bonus
Experience working with Microsoft Office, Excel, CRM systems, financial planning software, Google Suite, and other related business or money management tools desired
Working knowledge of financial products, the financial industry, personal financial advisor or responsibilities, or financial planner roles is essential
Exemplary math skills, communication skills, and relationship skills to support strong customer service for current and new clients

Compensation

$65,000+
