AGC Auto Glass and Car Care is looking for a dependable, friendly, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

This is an entry-level, hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent service, and learning new skills. No previous automotive or marketing experience is required — paid training is provided.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be one of the friendly faces representing AGC Auto Glass and Car Care. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Welcoming and assisting customers in a professional and helpful manner

• Answering questions about our automotive glass and related services

• Helping customers with service intake and basic service-related needs

• Building positive relationships and creating a great customer experience

• Communicating company services to current and potential customers

• Assisting with vehicle and windshield inspections

• Learning the basics of automotive glass repair and replacement

• Helping with digital invoices and other simple administrative duties

• Following company procedures, safety guidelines, and service standards

• Working alongside team members to keep daily operations running smoothly

• Friendly, professional, and comfortable talking with customers

• Dependable and punctual

• Positive and willing to learn

• Self-motivated and able to stay productive

• Comfortable working both independently and with a team

• Strong communicators with good interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working in a hands-on environment

• Licensed drivers with reliable transportation

Applicants must also be able to successfully complete the background screening required for access to the military installation.
