Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Represent clients in divorce, child custody, child support, legitimation, contempt, modifications, and other family law matters
- Appear in court for hearings, motions, mediations, and trials
- Manage a caseload from initial consultation through final resolution with mentorship and support
- Develop case strategy designed to achieve the best possible outcome for clients
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and trial materials
- Work closely with experienced paralegals and legal assistants to move cases efficiently
- Build trusted relationships with clients while providing strategic legal counsel
- Participate in litigation strategy sessions and collaborative case planning
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Juris Doctor (JD)
- Active Georgia Bar license in good standing
- Minimum of two years of courtroom litigation experience
- Prosecutor, Public Defender, or Criminal Defense experience strongly preferred
- Excellent oral advocacy, legal research, and legal writing skills
- Ability to think quickly under pressure and confidently advocate in court
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and sound judgment

Compensation
$80,000 - $105,000/year
