Employment Litigation Attorney – Partnership Track (Northwest Ohio)
Become the attorney clients trust with their toughest battles—and build a career that rewards you for doing it well.
Spitz, The Employee’s Law Firm, is hiring an employment litigation attorney for our Toledo office. We offer a partnership track, generous bonus structure, and meaningful opportunities to develop as a litigator and future firm leader.
The clients we serve are employees facing discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and other workplace violations. For them, a case can mean recovering financial stability, protecting a career, or finally holding an employer accountable. We want an attorney who understands those stakes and brings preparation, persistence, and sound judgment to every stage of representation.
You will work directly with clients, develop case strategy, take depositions, write persuasive briefs, and negotiate resolutions. You will also have colleagues to discuss strategy with, learn from, and turn to when a case presents a difficult question. Attorneys bringing litigation experience from other practice areas are encouraged to apply.
