Spitz, The Employee’s Law Firm, is hiring an attorney for our Cincinnati office. This opportunity offers a partnership track and generous bonus structure for an attorney who wants meaningful responsibility, room to grow, and the opportunity to advocate for employees when they need it most.
At Spitz, we represent people facing discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and other workplace violations. The clients we serve are taking on employers with greater resources, and they count on us to bring preparation, judgment, and determination to the fight.
We want an attorney who writes persuasively, thinks strategically, and cares about the person behind the case. You should be comfortable accepting responsibility, working through challenges, and collaborating with colleagues to get the best possible result. In return, we offer the opportunity to develop as a litigator and build toward a long-term leadership role.
Why join Spitz?
Partnership track: An opportunity to build toward ownership and leadership within the firm.
Generous bonus structure: Meaningful earning potential that rewards performance and contributions to the firm’s success.
