Don’t Just Practice Law. Learn to Litigate.
If you want to become a litigator, you need to litigate.
At Spitz, the Employee’s Law Firm, new attorneys don’t spend years waiting for someone to give them meaningful responsibility. You’ll work directly with clients, investigate cases, develop strategy, negotiate settlements, take depositions, argue motions, and prepare cases for trial.
And the work matters.
We represent employees facing wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, unpaid overtime, and violations of their medical and protected-leave rights. Clients often come to us at one of the most difficult points in their careers. Your job is to help them fight back.
Spitz is one of the nation’s largest employee-side employment law firms. We’ve built our practice around aggressive advocacy, exceptional client service, and developing attorneys who can actually handle cases—not just work on them.
We’re growing and looking for attorneys who want responsibility, opportunity, and the chance to become exceptional litigators.
What You’ll Do
Manage and develop your own cases
Work directly with clients from the beginning
Take and defend depositions
Draft and argue substantive motions
Negotiate with opposing counsel
Develop case and trial strategy
Prepare cases for mediation and trial
Learn directly from experienced trial attorneys
What You Won’t Do
Spend the first several years of your career waiting for permission to practice law.
At Spitz, responsibility is earned through performance—not seniority.
Who Thrives Here
We’re looking for attorneys who are smart, driven, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of their work. You should enjoy advocating for people, solving problems, and getting better at your craft.

If you want a comfortable place to blend into the background, this probably isn’t it.
If you want meaningful cases, real responsibility, and the opportunity to build a genuine litigation career, we want to hear from you.
