The Dual Property Director of Finance manages all financial aspects of a hotel, including overseeing accounting departments, producing financial statements, conducting audits, and ensuring tax compliance.

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly profit-and-loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Partner with department heads to create annual budgets and forecast future revenue.
• Internal Controls & Audits: Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accuracy.
• Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor inventory levels and audit invoices/requisitions.
• Compliance & Tax: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations and company policies.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Management.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5+ years in hospitality accounting, often with prior supervisory experience.
• Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., M3, Oracle/Opera), strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
