We're on the lookout for a Dual Director of Sales committed to helping our busy hotels meet their sales goals. You will be responsible for designing our sales strategy and revenue targets, training and evaluating our sales personnel, and ensuring that we generate new and recurring business through various areas of revenue. Responsibilities

Evaluate information gathered from market data and create a plan to meet design marketing deliverables, hotel financial goals, and create an annual sales forecast
Deliver previous and upcoming week's sales activity reports, as well as monthly sales expense reports, and meet with department managers to keep them up to date on all hotel sales-related expenses
Establish strategies to assist the sales team in meeting and exceeding monthly room booking goals that are aligned with overall hotel and revenue management objectives
Solicit new guests with targeted outbound sales initiatives, such as personal calls to your network and phone solicitations to local professionals, travel agencies, and other groups that will generate new revenue
Coordination with the management team and department heads in designing and implementing sales strategies to achieve high occupancy and profitability

Qualifications

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Excellent leadership skills, analytical skills, and communication skills
5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality field, is required
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
We prefer someone with prior hospitality experience but is not required

Compensation

$60,000 - $70,000 yearly
