- Represent clients in family law litigation matters, including divorce, custody, support, and domestic violence cases.
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
- Conduct depositions and attend court hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Analyze case law and statutes to develop legal strategies and provide informed counsel.
- Communicate effectively and compassionately with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
- Manage a full caseload while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality work.
- Collaborate with firm leadership and team members on complex cases and firm initiatives.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active license and in good standing with the Florida State Bar.
- Minimum 3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in family law.
- Superior research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Empathetic communicator with a client-first mindset.
- Familiarity with Florida state court rules and procedures.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background)
