Become part of the team at Alpert Schreyer Injury Attorneys as a District/Circuit Court Litigation Paralegal and play an important role in helping clients pursue the justice they deserve. In this position, your strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized will be essential as you oversee and maintain complex litigation matters. Candidates with three to five years of relevant experience will use their skills to organize case information clearly and accurately while managing competing priorities and deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are important, as you’ll work closely with our knowledgeable staff and contribute to an efficient, collaborative team environment.

• Oversee and coordinate all stages of litigation, ensuring cases move forward efficiently and according to established timelines.

• Prepare, review, and organize a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, discovery materials, and motions, to support attorneys in developing and presenting strong cases.

• Maintain accurate and well-organized case files and records, ensuring all documentation remains current, complete, and readily accessible.

• Communicate professionally with clients, witnesses, and expert consultants to obtain relevant information and provide timely updates regarding case developments.

• Support attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions by coordinating exhibits, evidence, and other essential materials.

• Work closely with attorneys to develop case strategies, assess potential legal issues, and identify challenges that may arise throughout the litigation process.
