Our team is growing, and we’re looking for our next problem-solving dispatcher. We’re looking for an organized dispatcher to help our growing customer-base and field team prioritize service calls. You'll be responsible for preparing work schedules and handling customer requests and complaints. You’ll also communicate with field units and customers using two-way radios, telephones, and messaging apps. You have data entry experience, basic computer skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.   • Create and change service calls when needed
  • Communicate with customers and field teams about service details and special requests
  • Log customer complaints and service tech notes
  • Track dispatch service calls and arrival times
  • Coordinate service calls for field teams and customers
  • Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
  • We prefer applicants with 1+ years of experience as a service dispatcher
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s or associate degree is preferred
  • Candidate should be comfortable working with people in dynamic and stressful conditions
  • Applicant should possess exceptional communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Compensation

$50,000 to $70,000
