We’re looking for a highly organized and dependable Dispatch Administrator II to help lead the daily operations of our Project Coordinating Department. This role is essential in supporting internal teams and ensuring seamless coordination across departments.
As a central point of contact, you’ll respond to questions related to fieldwork, lab analysis, pricing, billing, and general administrative needs. You’ll also help oversee day-to-day workflows, making sure everything runs efficiently and in alignment with company standards.
