We need a hardworking person who can get in and help with a variety of kitchen tasks. In addition to unloading dirty dishes brought in by bussers, you will be scraping, sorting, and loading dishes into the dishwashing machine. • Ensure appropriate levels of detergent and cleaning supplies while also keeping track of dishwashing machine mechanical problems

• After unloading the dishwasher, return utensils and plates to their proper locations

• Maintain a clean working environment by sweeping and mopping kitchen floors daily

• Sort dishes, scrape plates, and rinse glassware before loading into the dishwashing machine

• Take part in employee meetings regularly to stay up to date on all policies and safety regulations

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds

• Able to be on your feet for extended periods of time

• Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic

• Prior food service industry experience is highly desired
