We're searching for hardworking individuals who are eager to contribute to the efficient operation of our busy kitchen as our next dishwasher. We require a dependable person who can jump in and assist with a range of kitchen activities. You will be scraping, sorting, and loading dishes into the dishwashing machine in addition to unloading dirty dishes brought in by bussers. Responsibilities

Maintain a clean working environment by sweeping and mopping kitchen floors daily
Attend regular employee meetings that will help you stay current on all procedures and safety protocols
Ensure appropriate levels of detergent and cleaning supplies while also keeping track of dishwashing machine mechanical problems
Unload the dishwashing machine and place utensils and dishes in appropriate storage areas
Sort dishes, scrape plates, and rinse glassware before loading into the dishwashing machine

Qualifications

Excellent stamina and physical health
Prior food service industry experience is highly desired
Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification
