We need a hardworking person who can get in and help with a variety of kitchen tasks. In addition to unloading dirty dishes brought in by bussers, you will be scraping, sorting, and loading dishes into the dishwashing machine. - Mop and clean kitchen floors daily to keep the workplace neat and sanitary
- Take part in employee meetings regularly to stay up to date on all policies and safety regulations
- Ensure appropriate levels of detergent and cleaning supplies while also keeping track of dishwashing machine mechanical problems
- Unload the dishwashing machine and place utensils and dishes in appropriate storage areas
- Scrape plates, sort dishes, and rinse glassware before putting them in the dishwasher to be cleaned
- Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic
- Excellent stamina and physical health
- Previous experience working in food service is preferred
- Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification
Compensation
$15.50 - $18 hourly
The Brae Loch Inn is a Cazenovia institution, serving guests since 1946. The restaurant had been family-owned for all 79 years and continues to honor its Scottish roots.
