Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales managers and stakeholders to assess the performance of the organization
Meet sales team goals and yearly sales targets, develop and implement short and long-term marketing strategies
Recruit, train, and develop your team to serve your customers better
Use marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other ways to actively pursue new business
Grow customer loyalty while also generating new business by nurturing long-term relationships

Qualifications

Prior sales and marketing experience of 5+ years, including some in a sales management role, is required
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in basic computer skills and software, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Thorough knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices for a sales department
This position requires a high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor’s degree in marketing or hospitality being preferred
