EmpowerHome Team is hiring a Director of Sales to lead and elevate one of the nation's top-producing real estate sales organizations. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on developing people, optimizing performance, and building a culture of excellence. You'll partner with executive leadership to execute sales strategy, recruit exceptional talent, and ensure every member of the sales team is equipped to succeed.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $150,000–$225,000 Annual Salary (depending on experience)
