The ideal candidate:
- Has a proven track record of success in real estate sales and leadership.
- Is passionate about recruiting, coaching, and developing agents.
- Aligns with the Keller Williams culture and models (experience with KW systems is preferred but not required).
- Understands how to build productive relationships and influence others through leadership.
- Operates with a high sense of urgency and accountability.
- Is comfortable using financial reports and key performance metrics to make business decisions.
- Has a growth mindset and views learning as the foundation for success.
- Has at least 2–3 years of real estate sales experience and has consistently been among the top performers in their office.
Compensation & Benefits
- On Target Earnings: $120,000 - $200,000+
- Performance-based bonus opportunities (eligible after 60 days)

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
As Team Leader, you will partner closely with both the Operating Principal and General Manager to execute the Market Center's vision while creating an environment where agents and staff can thrive. This role serves as a key leader within the Market Center, driving growth, productivity, and culture while supporting the long-term success of the organization.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading the overall growth and performance of the Market Center.
- Executing the Operating Principal's vision and strategic initiatives.
- Driving recruiting efforts through consistent appointments, hiring, and relationship building.
- Leveraging Keller Williams Growth Initiative tools to achieve recruiting, retention, and profitability goals.
- Coaching the top 20% of agents to increase productivity and grow their businesses.
- Building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Increasing agent productivity and supporting career development.
- Growing market share while maintaining profitability.
- Developing administrative staff through coaching and professional development.
Essential Responsibilities
Recruiting & Growth
- Recruit, interview, select, and onboard talented real estate professionals.
- Share the KW Connected value proposition with prospective agents.
- Build relationships that attract top talent to the Market Center.
- Research competitors and identify opportunities to grow market share.
Leadership & Coaching
- Lead weekly sales and business meetings.
- Coach agents at all production levels.
- Facilitate productivity and business development training.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and accountability conversations.
- Mentor administrative staff and support their professional growth.
Operations
- Monitor Market Center performance and key metrics.
- Collaborate with the Operating Principal and leadership team on strategic initiatives.
- Review recruiting, retention, and profitability goals regularly.
- Ensure professionalism and operational excellence throughout the Market Center.

Qualifications
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills.
- Strong recruiting and talent attraction abilities.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- High accountability and goal orientation.
- Real estate sales expertise, preferably in residential real estate.
- Financial acumen, including understanding P&Ls and business metrics.
- Computer proficiency and MLS experience.
- A demonstrated history of achieving ambitious goals.
Compensation
$120,000 - $200,000/year
