Keller Williams Realty Community Partners is looking for a hungry, driven Director of Recruiting to help grow our Market Center in Cumming, GA.

This is not a sit-back-and-wait recruiting role. We’re looking for someone who is motivated by growth, loves talking to people, and knows how to turn relationships into results.

You’ll own agent recruiting for the Market Center. Your job is simple: find great people, build relationships, have compelling conversations, and bring talented agents into the organization.

The ideal candidate is confident, competitive, persistent, and comfortable picking up the phone. You’re someone who enjoys networking, prospecting, following up, and winning people over.

Keller Williams experience is strongly preferred, but we’re open to strong real estate professionals with a proven track record in sales, recruiting, or business development.

Compensation & Benefits

• $80,000–$90,000 salary, based on experience

• $180,000+ on-target earnings

• Follow up consistently and move prospects through the recruiting process

• Network within the local real estate community to create new opportunities

• Track recruiting activity and results

• Work closely with leadership to hit recruiting and growth goals

2–3+ years of residential real estate experience is preferred. Experience in recruiting, sales, business development, Team Leadership, or coaching is a plus.

Keller Williams experience is strongly preferred.
