Job Description
If you're looking for a job where you show up, manage a checklist, and collect a paycheck, THIS IS NOT IT.
We are a fast-growing real estate wholesale and investment company operating across multiple markets in Arizona and Nationwide. Since 2016, we've built a lean, high-output operation that connects distressed homeowners with real solutions: cash offers, novation transactions, and creative deals that create value on both sides. We close deals every month, and we're scaling fast.
We're not slowing down; we're building the infrastructure to go further.
This role exists because the business has outgrown one person at the top. Our systems, processes, and team coordination need to be owned by a high-level operator who can take the wheel and run — someone who can translate the CEO's vision into daily execution, build the structure that lets the business scale, and eventually get the owner completely out of the day-to-day.
That's what we're hiring for. Not a task manager. Not a coordinator. A Director of Operations who takes full ownership of the business and drives it forward.
We don't throw you in the deep end on day one. The first 60 days are structured to set you up for success.
Days 1–30 — Learn the business. You'll shadow every role: acquisitions, disposition, transaction coordination, and marketing. You'll get inside RESimpli, understand the pipeline, meet the team, and learn how deals move from lead to close. No pressure to perform yet. Just absorb
Days 31–60 — Take the wheel. You start running daily operations independently. You're leading the L10 meetings, managing team KPIs, and handling escalations. The CEO steps back. This is your proving ground.
Day 61 — Full accountability. Performance-based revenue share activates. You own the outcomes. Your decisions drive the numbers, and your income reflects it.
Throughout the ramp, you're paid your full base salary. We invest in getting you up to speed because we're building for the long term, not looking for someone to hit the ground sprinting and burn out in six months.
Why join us:
Direct access to the Owner. No layers of management. No corporate bureaucracy. You work directly with the owner. Your ideas get heard and acted on fast.
Your pay scales with the business. Base salary starts at $50,000. Performance-based revenue share kicks in after your onboarding period, with OTE ranging from $73,000 to $111,000+ depending on what you build. When the business grows, your income grows with it.
Real ownership mentality. We don't want a manager. We want someone who treats this like it's theirs because, in many ways, it will be.
Flexibility built on trust. This role rewards ownership over presence. If the team is taken care of, deals are moving, and nothing is on fire, you have flexibility. If something needs you, you show up.

5–10 years of experience running operations inside a growing company. You've managed teams, owned metrics, and fixed broken processes without being told where to look
Demonstrated track record of helping a business scale, not just maintain
Hunger for ownership. You've probably been in a role where you saw exactly what needed to change but didn't have the authority to change it. Here you do
Strong understanding of sales-driven businesses; our revenue comes from deals closing, and everything we do feeds that outcome
Ability to manage people without avoiding hard conversations and hold a team accountable to performance metrics
Comfortable working directly with a founder and translating vision into execution
Thrives in fast-moving, imperfect environments. This is not a corporate setting
Proactive, doesn't wait to be told what to fix
Highly organized with a systems and process mindset. Can take incomplete workflows and turn them into clear, repeatable SOPs
Real estate experience preferred, wholesale, fix-and-flip, property management, or brokerage. Candidates with a strong background in scaling sales or marketing operations will also be considered
Familiar with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or willing to read Traction by Gino Wickman and embrace it as the operating framework
You are not an average operator. Average operators maintain. We need someone who builds.
To apply: Send your resume and a brief note. Not a cover letter template, a real note telling us about a time you helped a company grow. What was the problem, what did you do, and what was the result? That note matters more than your resume. We respond to every serious applicant within 48 hours.
Compensation
$73,000 – $111,000+ OTE
