Choice Realty Group is looking for a proactive and highly organized Director of Operations to take ownership of the systems, people, processes, and daily execution behind a growing real estate team. This is a full-time, in-office position, and the ideal candidate needs to be comfortable managing a high volume of activities and stepping in wherever needed to keep the operation moving.

Compensation and benefits:

• $55,000-$70,000 (based on experience)

• Coordinate with external partners and vendors to optimize service delivery and cost efficiency for our clients and team members

• 3+ years experience in leading and optimizing operational systems
• Ability to oversee and coordinate daily operations, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments
• Proven track record of implementing strategic solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and company policies, with a commitment to maintaining integrity
• Ability to analyze operational data and provide actionable insights for business growth
• Experience in managing relationships with external partners and vendors to optimize service delivery
