EmpowerHome is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead marketing strategy, drive lead generation, and increase business growth. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in digital marketing, direct response marketing, campaign management, and team leadership.

We are looking for a strategic thinker who is also hands-on, understands how to generate qualified leads, and knows how to turn marketing investments into measurable results.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

• Manage digital advertising, email marketing, direct mail, social media, content marketing, and marketing automation.

• Create and optimize marketing campaigns, messaging, offers, and calls to action.

• Track marketing performance, conversion rates, cost per lead, and return on investment.

• Lead and develop the marketing team while managing outside vendors and agencies.

• Oversee marketing budgets and allocate resources to high-performing campaigns.

• Collaborate with sales and operations to improve lead quality and conversion opportunities.

• Identify new marketing channels, technologies, and growth opportunities.

• Proven experience as a Director of Marketing, Head of Marketing, Growth Marketing Manager, or similar leadership position.

• Demonstrated success generating qualified leads and improving marketing ROI.

• Strong experience in digital marketing, direct response marketing, paid advertising, and customer acquisition.

• Experience managing marketing teams, budgets, and multiple campaigns.

• Proficiency with CRM platforms, marketing automation, analytics, and performance tracking.

• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills.

• Ability to develop marketing strategy while remaining actively involved in execution.

• Experience in real estate, home services, consumer services, or other lead-generation-focused industries preferred.
