• Lead and inspire a dynamic team to deliver exceptional catering and convention services, ensuring every event exceeds client expectations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction and drive food and beverage revenue growth.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs and create tailored Banquet Event Orders that reflect their vision.
• Oversee the seamless execution of events, coordinating with various departments to ensure a cohesive and memorable guest experience.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to continuously improve our services and maintain a competitive edge.
• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining high-quality service standards and client satisfaction levels.

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in catering sales or conference services, often with previous supervisory experience.
• Education: A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred, though equivalent experience is often accepted.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Must remain calm and composed in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in hospitality and event management systems, such as Delphi, Sales Pro, MeetingBroker, Social Tables, and Microsoft Office.
