The Director of Agent Services facilitates new agent intake, orientation, and helps agents acclimate to the KW systems and tools, and assists with recruiting. The DAS connects agents to the tools and resources that Keller Williams offers, which is critical to our agents’ success.
The Director of Agent Services is responsible for teaching, acknowledging accomplishments, and is responsible for engaging and retaining the agents in our brokerage, recruiting and supporting the staff, and keeping the energy in the office positive and ALIVE!!
The Director of Agent Services must have a deep urge to help others - it should be part of your DNA! You must have a strong understanding that the agents in our office are clients. Connecting them with the tools and resources that Keller Williams offers is critical to their success.
The DAS is the primary liaison for market center associates. The DAS oversees the onboarding of agents and recruiting. The Agent Services Director is a crucial Team Member.
Responsibilities
- This position assists in recruiting, manages the office website, leads orientation and career night, manages KSCORE, and performs other duties as assigned
- Working shift is Monday through Friday
- Facilitation of New Agents
- Onboarding of all agents, sending Market Center Invitation, onboarding documents via DocuSign, and utilizing the Onboarding Tracker
- Facilitate New Agent Orientation as often as needed
- 30 – 60 – 90 Onboarding
- Training of Agents
- Answer or direct associate inquiries (act as a point of information for agents in the Market Center)
- 100% ownership of KSCORE – Promoting, Scheduling & follow-up in Command (Smart Plans)
- Coordinate, promote, and facilitate all Career Day/Night Events
- Vendor engagement in the MC – Value proposition
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a diverse team of agents to ensure outstanding customer service and operational performance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize agent workflows, enhance service quality, and meet organizational goals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards through effective project management techniques.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing operational data, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing innovative solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams through clear communication and negotiation skills.
- Oversee multilingual support initiatives to ensure effective communication across diverse customer bases.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and support professional development for team members to cultivate leadership within the department.
Qualifications

- Strong training skills, effective listening skills, professional appearance, very resourceful, and can adapt to a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google, Canva, technology skills relating to office copy and communication systems, as well as computer, projector, and Multiple Listing systems

Compensation
$35,000 - $40,000/year
