As we continue to grow throughout Central Texas, we are looking for an energetic and motivated Direct Marketing Associate to help expand our customer base and strengthen our presence in the community.

Position Overview

The Direct Marketing Associate will represent AGC Auto Glass & Car Care through face-to-face marketing, community outreach, business networking, promotional events, and direct customer engagement.

This individual will help generate new business opportunities, increase brand awareness, establish relationships with local businesses and organizations, and connect potential customers with AGC's automotive services.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, professional, self-motivated, and comfortable communicating with people in a variety of settings.

• Generate qualified leads and schedule potential customer appointments or follow-ups.

• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain positive relationships.

• Help increase brand visibility through grassroots marketing initiatives.

• Collaborate with management to develop and implement marketing campaigns.

• Track outreach activities, leads generated, and marketing results.

• Provide feedback about customer needs, market trends, and new business opportunities.
